Fit rear carrier (E & L types only, +£65) After you order your Brompton, go to the Electric Price List and order your Heinzmann kit. It has to be a front wheel, twist throttle kit. I’d recommend either the 200W/234rpm, the 750W/268rpm or the 840W/434rpm kits... Speed Drive or Mountain Drive: We would be happy to fit a Speed Drive or a Mountain Drive to your Brompton to expand the gearing. After you order your Brompton, go to the Speed Drive / Mountain Drive page to order your drive. Good choices are a Speed Drive with a 34t chainring or a Mountain Drive with a 52t chainring...
